Leak Repair.

Find the source, document it, fix it, retest. Many leaks aren't where they show up — we trace water back to the actual failure (often flashing, vent boots, or a nail pop) before recommending the repair.

Inspection.

Annual or semi-annual roof inspection with a photo report and prioritized punch list. Catch the loose flashing before it becomes a leak; catch the leak before it becomes deck rot. Required by some warranties.

Storm Damage.

Wind, hail, fallen branches, and ice loading. We document the damage with timestamped photos, write the scope, and coordinate with your insurance carrier. The estimate matches the claim.

Insurance Claims.

We work directly with insurance adjusters when the claim is opened. Documentation, scope-of-work, supplements when the initial estimate misses something. We don't oversell — the goal is the right scope, not a maximum check.

Ice Dam Prevention.

Ice dams form when attic heat melts snow that refreezes at the eaves. The fix isn't always the roof — it's attic insulation, ventilation, and sometimes heat cables at vulnerable edges. We diagnose the whole assembly.
