SYS · 01

TPO.

Thermoplastic polyolefin single-ply membrane. Reflective white surface, heat-welded seams, good UV resistance. The default for most commercial flat-roof installs in our region.

EPDM.

Ethylene propylene diene monomer — synthetic rubber single-ply. Comes in wide rolls so seams are minimized. Black or white. Long track record on warehouses, big-box, and industrial.

PVC.

Polyvinyl chloride single-ply with strong chemical and grease resistance. The right pick for restaurants, food processing, and any roof with chemical exhaust.

Modified Bitumen.

Built-up asphalt with polymer modifiers, applied in multiple plies. Cost-effective on larger commercial flat roofs. Torch-down or self-adhered depending on the deck.

Metal Systems.

Standing-seam panels for low-slope commercial. Sheds snow, lasts decades, and accommodates rooftop equipment with appropriate flashing kits. Long-haul commercial pick.
